REVIEW

An excellent book about understanding prediabetes and steps to reverse it. The author writes an easy to read and understand guide to healthy eating as well as guidelines for increasing physical activity and setting goals to establish healthy habits. It starts off with a very good chapter on understanding prediabetes and ways to eat healthy. You are given a two-week meal and activity plan which gives you 14 days of breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus, some daily physical activity, and healthy habits. The second part of the book are 75 recipes. I found quite a bit of recipes to try. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to reverse prediabetes, or anyone just wanting to have a healthy lifestyle!!
