About the Authors
KATHERINE AND KIMBERLY CORP opened Pilates on Fifth in New York City 18 years ago after their practice of Pilates helped them transition from careers with the Radio City Rockettes. Passionate about helping people reap the many benefits of Pilates, the pair also formed the Pilates Academy International, a Pilates teacher training program that now offers training at 45 satellite centers worldwide. They hold personal training certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA-CPT). To their great pleasure, Kimberly and Katherine still perform eye-high kicks with groups of former Rockettes, the Legacy Dancers and the Rockette Alumnae Dancers.
