A friend had recently mentioned Reiki Healing to me about my back and knee pains. I had never heard of it before. When an email came through about this book, I grabbed it. This book gave me a basic understanding of Reiki and what to expect. It covers the history, principles, and techniques. It is well-written and offers easy and understandable language on becoming attuned to and channeling Reiki energy.
