He loves having her and her sweet smile at his bar, but he’s not sure that living with her would be such a good idea, especially since all he thinks about every time he sees her is how much he’d like to kiss her.

Resilience After Dark is Cindy and Jace’s story which is fast paced and real. Two people with a painful past which they’re struggling to overcome. I especially enjoyed Jace’s character and his determination to put his life back together. As always, Mac and Maddie are hysterical. This is book 25 in the series. It’s entertaining and fresh. I’m always excited when a new book is released in this series so I can spend time on the island with some of my favorite characters. I adored these two characters as they headed to their HEA.
