Helpful information and exercises. The first section gives you necessary information to be proactive in your own pain relief. Explains reasons why our backs hurt, how our back works, and practical ways to relieve pain.

Part 2 are the exercises – start with exercises to relieve your pain, then move on to regain strength and mobility, and finally exercises for maintenance and prevention. All are explained very well.
