This awesome boxset features the first books in the authors series. All have suspense, twists, steamy romance, evil villains along with witty banter and light/comical moments to balance out the intensity of her fast paced books.

 

Rescued, of the McKenzie Ridge series is the author debut novel. Set in a small-town setting, with strong characters, steamy romance, twists, and suspense. This was my introduction to the author and the start of my obsession with her writing.

Review: This debut novel has romance, steamy scenes, twists, action, suspense, and a small town setting. St. Klaire has a good writing style and does a wonderful job with transitioning from present to past to present. The main characters are strong and their chemistry is steamy. The hero is strong, sexy, and a gentleman. The heroine is independent, guarded, left by her mother and raised by her best friends Granny Lou. The supporting characters, the “crew”, are enjoyable with their fun, witty banter and dedication to their jobs as well as each other. Eagerly waiting for the next book in the series.

 

Declan, book 1 of the Brother’s Keeper series, a crossover series, is a big, meaty read with lots of action and edge of your seat suspense.

Review: A brand-new series from St. Klaire and is a crossover series. We meet the O’Reilly brothers (as well as some cousins) which sets up this new series.  This is Declan’s story. We met him near the end of Hidden (McKenzie Ridge series, book 2). Do not worry, it is written so that if you haven’t read the McKenzie Ridge series you won’t be lost (though that series is fantastic and you should read it). Declan, basically is two stories in one! Part 1 of this story has Declan and Lydia on the run (which takes place prior to the story Hidden) and the second part of this book picks up 2 years after part 1 which is current day (and takes place after Fearless book 4 of McKenzie Ridge series). This is a big meaty book with over 100k words and 43 chapters. There is a lot of action and edge of your seat suspense. Stephanie St. Klaire consistently delivers well written books with developed storyline and characters. A very suspenseful read that keeps you guessing. Twist and turns with an impressive ending you won’t see coming.

 

Close Encounter, book 1 of the Keeper Series, has suspense, steamy romance, interesting characters, and a good plot.

Review: Close Encounter is full of suspense.  Cane, of Brother’s Keeper Security, is in charge of protecting Charlie, the only surviving victim from a serial killer. He is also dealing with the antics of a PDA couple in his casino who are petty thieves (they are hilarious).  A good read which ends in a cliffhanger which will continue in St. Klaire’s new series The Keeper Series coming later this year. Has suspense, steamy romance, interesting characters, and good plot.

Stephanie St. Klaire debuted in 2016, launching her writing career with Rescued, the first book in the widely popular, five book series known as McKenzie Ridge. Stephanie is a Pacific Northwest native currently living in Oregon with her husband, five children, and two ferocious lap dogs.

As a writer, Stephanie brings realistic circumstances to the pages, and fills them with real emotion, reactions, and outcomes.
