October 2020 Reviews
The Way Back Home by #EmilieRichards is a wonderful read. Interesting to see a runaway’s perspective, especially after she has left the streets & counsels runaways. The story is more of relationship driven w the runaway story woven in.

The Christmas Table by #DonnaVanLiere is a wonderful, beautiful story woven around a table, recipes cards, & 2 families going through life changes. The family treasured recipes cards inspires 2 women, from two different time periods, to learn to cook. They’re not just recipe cards, each card is filled w family memories & stories.
Miracles and Menorahs by #StaceyAgdern is centered around a small-town community & their annual Hanukkah festival. I enjoyed learning more about the customs & traditions woven throughout the storyline.
Bayou Legend by #RileyMcKissack is an interesting story of cursed love, star-crossed lovers, & a Cajun legend.

Montana Christmas Magic by #KaylieNewell is a sweet opposites-attract romance set in Marietta. Likeable characters, small town charm, good storyline & a loveable foster dog. I was hooked from pg 1.
