REVIEW

The Easy Appetizer Cookbook starts with a helpful chapter on party planning and preparation. Offers tips to take the pressure out of hosting a gathering by offering guidance on planning the menu, timing, drink pairings, and recommended tools/equipment to have on hand. There are 9 menu ideas to get you started. Sixty recipes are included ranging from light snacks, dips, finger foods, fancy bites, and more. A very good assortment to choose from, all easy and pretty quick to make. Directions are clear and ingredients are pretty basic so you should have no problem finding them at a local grocery store.  I found many appetizers to try this upcoming holiday season.
