REVIEW

Simple and delicious recipes that are easy to follow and quick to make. The cookbook offers a variety of recipes. Most recipes require 8 ingredients or less. Seven categories are offered (Breakfast; Soups, Salads, & Sandwiches; Vegetable Mains; Poultry; Seafood; Meat; and Desserts).   I extremely liked the recipe index for each category. Tips and Swaps are included for most recipes.  The format is nicely lay out and a good size book.
