Rapturous – M.S. Force (Quantum series, Book 4)
Blizzard Giveaway!
WINNER! AnneW. Please claim by Sunday, Jan. 31
Here in Southern Maryland we are anticipating a blizzard this weekend. To celebrate this unusual occurrence, I’m holding a giveaway for a signed Marie Force book. Marie is graciously providing a signed copy of her current release, Rapturous, book 4 in her Quantum series. Rapturous just released this week on January 19th. I’ve read it, loved it, and thought it was a wonderful addition to her Quantum series. See my review posted a few days ago on this blog.
“Warning: If you hate foul-mouthed heroes who like it a little rough and dirty, this might not be the book for you…. Contains hot and sexy BDSM scenes among other things that might not appeal to the faint of heart. Enter at your own risk and enjoy the sensual indulgence of Hayden and Addie’s steamy story!”
I was first introduced to Marie’s books in 2012 when my husband gave me a Kindle Fire for Mother’s Day. I started with Maid for Love, book 1 in Gansett Island series (currently offered free), and I’ve been a fan ever since. I have read all 44 of her books and there is not one book of hers that I have not enjoyed. She writes Contemporary Romance (Gansett Island series, Treading Water series, Green Mountain series, and 6 single titles) Romantic Suspense (Fatal series, and single title-The Wreck) and Erotic Romance written under the name M.S. Force (Quantum series). I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Marie in Washington DC during the Fatal Series book launch and in Vermont for the Green Mountain series launch. I’m beyond excited to attend her annual Reader’s Weekend this June in Rhode Island and to visit the real Gansett Island – Block Island, RI.

To enter the giveaway, leave a comment here to the question: What is your favorite thing about snow? Or do you dislike snow?
I personally like the snow. I love making snowmen, playing with my kids in it, sledding, attempting to snowboard, and making ice cream from the snow.
Giveaway open to US/CA residents only. Winner will be picked on Thursday morning.

Rapturous
Quantum Series, Book 4
The story begun in the initial Quantum Trilogy picks up on Oscar night after Academy Award-winning director Hayden Roth kisses the woman he desires above all others, even though he knows she can never be his. Addison York craves her boss’s best friend, Hayden, but he has never given her an ounce of encouragement—until tonight when he kissed her after winning the Oscar. Was that kiss the start of something or another in a long line of frustrations where Hayden is concerned? Something is keeping him from acting on the attraction that simmers between them, and Addie is determined to find out what it is. But when she stumbles upon the secret that Hayden, Flynn and her other close friends have kept from her, will she allow hurt feelings to get in the way of true love? When Hayden won’t share his BDSM lifestyle with her, Addie decides to conduct her own research. Will she be intrigued or repulsed? And what will Hayden do when he finds out how she’s been spending her evenings?
Warning: If you hate foul-mouthed heroes who like it a little rough and dirty, this might not be the book for you…. Contains hot and sexy BDSM scenes among other things that might not appeal to the faint of heart. Enter at your own risk and enjoy the sensual indulgence of Hayden and Addie’s steamy story!

I love the snow. Makes everything seem so peaceful and quiet! But on the downside I hate having to commute to work in it.

Coming from southern Arizona but currently living in DC, I really like snow. It’s so white and pretty and squishy, but it’s SO COLD! It did have the benefit of closing everything down yesterday, so that was a plus for me. 🙂

We don’t get very much snow where I live, but when we do I love to go out with my kids and play with them. Then come inside and cuddle up with a good book and just enjoy looking at it out the window.

I hate snow but love the fact it gives me an excuse to stay home and be lazy! Just told my husband I will be getting some reading done. 20 inches and counting when they predicted 8 to 10″ for our area!

We don’t have snow very often in south Alabama. So I love that when it snows we pretty much shut down.

I like to see snow occasionally, it is so beautiful. But the best part is to see my son’s expressions. He is autistic and to see the joy he has playing in it with me and his sister, those moments are priceless!

I think looking at snow through a window if you never have to leave the house, it’s beautiful but I really dislike the cold and driving in it.. So I will continue to live in what we call the banana belt at 47 degrees in town but it was snowing hard 1-2 hours from here in the mountains and the ski resorts were getting lots of snow. Stay safe and keep warm while reading Rapturous

I love to see a dog’s first experience with snow and quickly they learn to snowplow with their snout.

Snow ice cream! I scream, my grandkids scream, we all scream for snow ice cream! Don’t get much of the good kind of snow here in Oklahoma, so it’s a real treat when we do. And I love seeing all the trees and grounds covered in the beauty of white and kids building snowmen and making snow angels! Simple pleasures but oh what fun!
Loved Rapturous — Hayden just about stole my heart away from Flynn.

I like how serene it looks after a snowfall and before anyone has to go out in it.

I enjoy visiting places with snow, but can’t live with it. Building a snowman and making snow angels are fun. Shoveling, not so much.

I enjoy the snow it is the cold temps here in Northern Illinois that I don’t enjoy. Love making snowmen! If it would be 30° I’d be good. (I am an aid at a school and have 3 recesses a day to be outside for…it’s cold!!!)
