Last First Kiss was a wonderful read to start off the new year. It reads as if it could happen in real life. This is a sexy romance that deals with grief, illness, and second chances. That said, it is NOT a heavy read. It was the kind of romance book I really like to read. There was a little bit of drama that was quickly resolved, but really focused on the characters and their budding relationship. I adored Caleb’s character and cheered for Charlotte as she starts fresh in New York. Charlotte’s brothers also were entertaining, and I hope they are featured in the upcoming books in the series. The writing makes you feel Caleb and Charlotte’s magnetic pull and that they were always meant to be. Highly recommend.
