REVIEW
I was eager to read Ellen’s story in this series. She’s a strong, independent young woman who has been hurt in the past by her family, especially her estranged father. The small town has not been exactly welcoming to her as she has come to be a competitor in her father’s business. The two main characters had great chemistry though they are at odds with each other. Hendrix is a just what she needs in her life if he can break down her defenses. There’s so much that I love in this story – romance, friendship, revenge, healing, and a bit of a mystery. Wonderful read!
He had taken responsibility for his part and apologized. Cousin Leo. And of course the last line was perfect!
